It is a creative story Yoga Nidra where children are invited to use their imagination. It is great to use as an accompaniment to your bedtime routine so they can drift off to sleep afterwards (the ending tails off, allowing your child to stay asleep). It can also be used during quiet time/ nap time during the day.
