A super nourishing practice taking your little cherub on a beautiful woodland journey with a magical butterfly 🦋 . It includes all the ingredients to support your little ones emotional state during difficult times, including simple breath work, a body scan, visualisation and positive affirmation - encouraging them to come up with a positive message about themselves such as I am brave or I am calm.
There is a choice at the end of the practice for your child to either drift off to sleep if practised at bedtime or to gently wake up if practised as part of quiet time during the day.
